What did Sino Studio announce at the funding milestone?
In its Facebook announcement, Sino Studio said the team celebrated reaching the goal during a TikTok livestream with around 3,000 viewers. It thanked more than 600 backers and the people who followed, shared and sent good wishes to the project.
Contributions continued after the target was reached. The team said it would try to use the extra support for more early screenings and meetings across Vietnam’s three regions, along with additional gifts. These are plans described by the studio; the post does not provide an event schedule.
The studio also said it had prepared a costume for a character cosplayer and teased an appearance at a festival in Hanoi. For LINH followers, that offers another way to meet the team and connect with the project beyond online updates.
What is LINH: Phiêu Hồn Thành?
According to the Comicola campaign, LINH is a fantasy world inspired by Vietnamese spiritual culture, where spirit practitioners connect the living world with the afterlife. Phiêu Hồn Thành takes place in modern times: a video about seeing ghosts leads into a television programme gathering practitioners at Vân Sơn mountain. Their mission to deal with spirits brings greater dangers than expected.

Which part of the project does the campaign support?
The campaign supports completion of Phiêu Hồn Thành’s opening episode, targeting late 2026. The studio plans to combine campaign funds with internal resources, so VND 300 million is not presented as the entire production cost. Reaching the target supports production; it does not mean the episode is finished.
It is separate from LINH: Truy Hồn Âm Giới, a planned feature of around 100 minutes in the same universe. This campaign funds the online series’ opening episode rather than completing the feature film’s budget.
Where can you follow the project?
Follow the Comicola campaign and Sino Studio’s announcement for updates from the team. If you choose to back the project, read each tier’s stated benefits on the campaign page; the post’s plans for additional screenings or gifts do not replace those terms.
OtaHub’s take: the next milestone is the episode
The milestone shows that the project has an audience willing to contribute to its next step. What matters now is how the team turns its world into an episode with convincing characters and storytelling. Early screenings, if organized, could also give viewers a chance to offer direct feedback and follow the move from an idea to a finished work.
FAQ
Does reaching the goal mean the animation is finished?
No. The campaign supports completion of the opening episode; production and an exact release announcement are still separate steps.
Is Phiêu Hồn Thành the Truy Hồn Âm Giới feature film?
