Policy

OtaHub collects the following types of information when you use the site:

• Anonymized usage data: Pages viewed, time spent, device and browser, via Google Analytics 4. Not linked to your personal identity.
• Email (voluntary): When you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us via a form. Used only to send content you requested.
• Contact form data: Name, email, and message submitted via our contact page, kept temporarily to respond to your request.
• Technical cookies: Store your language preference (VI/EN), containing no personal information.

We do not collect: passwords, payment information, phone numbers, physical addresses, or other sensitive data.

• Analyzing which articles are most read to improve our content
• Sending newsletters to subscribers (unsubscribe anytime)
• Responding to your contact or partnership inquiries
• Detecting and preventing abusive access, protecting the site
• Improving page load speed and user experience

OtaHub uses the following types of cookies:

• Essential cookies: Store UI state (menu, language). Cannot be disabled since they're required for the site to function.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): Collect anonymized pageview data. You can opt out via Google Analytics Opt-out.
• Advertising cookies: If Google AdSense is displayed, Google may use cookies to serve relevant ads. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.

OtaHub does not sell or rent your personal data. We only share data with:

• Google LLC: Analytics and AdSense, anonymized data under Google's terms
• Cloudflare Inc.: CDN and site security, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy
• Sanity.io: Content management system, does not process reader data
• Formspree: Contact form processing, temporary email relay to forward your message

Where required by law, we may need to provide information to competent authorities in Vietnam.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure anonymized traffic. IP addresses are anonymized. You can opt out at: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

If the site displays Google AdSense, Google may use DoubleClick cookies to show ads based on browsing history. You can manage your ad preferences at: adssettings.google.com.

We apply industry-standard security measures:

• HTTPS/TLS for all connections (via Cloudflare SSL)
• No storage of passwords or payment information
• Restricted internal access to user data
• Cloudflare WAF protection against DDoS and injection attacks

That said, no system is 100% secure. If we discover a security breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.

Under Vietnam's Law on Cybersecurity/Cyberinformation Security and GDPR (for EU users), you have the right to:

• View the personal data we hold about you
• Delete your email from our newsletter list anytime (unsubscribe link in every email)
• Request deletion of contact form data by emailing dat.phan@anbu.asia
• Disable cookies in your browser settings

We may update this policy as our services or applicable laws change. Significant changes will be announced via newsletter (if you're subscribed) or a homepage banner.
