Overview
Eris no Seihai, known in English as The Holy Grail of Eris, is a 12-episode TV anime from Ashi Productions that began airing on 8/1/2026. It adapts the light novel by Kujira Tokiwa, with Morita to Jumpei directing and Kenichi Yamashita handling series composition. The setting is a noble society where lying, manipulation and extortion are the usual tactics for gaining power.
OtaHub's take
Only House Grail is exempt, living by truth and integrity. The youngest daughter, Constance Grail, is just as upright as her family, always believing in doing the right thing and helping those in need. Those ideals do not help her when her fiancé betrays her. The series mixes drama, fantasy, mystery, romance and supernatural elements.
Verdict
A fit for viewers who like noble-court stories with a mystery streak, an upright heroine and battles of wits. This is the first season and the data lists no prequel, so you can start from episode one.
