OtaHub score
Good
Game Freak's first AAA game outside of Pokémon. The companion dog Koo possesses a rare emotional depth in the genre.
Overview
Emma, a young woman affected by the Blight, travels through post-apocalyptic Japan with her dog Koo, defeating corrupted beasts on the way to the Beast of Reincarnation.
OtaHub's take
Combat centers on precise parries, Emma’s abilities and coordination with Koo; its open-linear world combines technological ruins with uncontrolled natural growth.
