Overview

GHOST CONCERT: missing Songs is a 12-episode project produced by ENGI, with original story by Noriyasu Agematsu, airing from 6/4/2026 (the schedule lists 5/4/2026). It is set in 2045, when songs are banned and a music app called MiucS takes the place of humans playing instruments and creating music.

OtaHub's take

High school student Seria happens to hear someone singing, which is prohibited, and finds a Great Ghost that has appeared from outside this world. Now she must decide whether to stay silent or risk everything to bring music back. The genres are action, music and the supernatural. Masato Jinbou both directs and handles series composition, and Masaaki Uikawa designs the characters.

Verdict

It suits viewers who like music anime with a futuristic setting and supernatural elements, with an emphasis on freedom of expression. This is the opening part, with no related entries on record, so you can watch right away.
