Overview
"Kimi wo Aisuru Ki wa Nai" to Itta Jiki Koushaku-sama ga Nazeka Dekiai shitekimasu is a 12-episode fantasy romance TV anime from studio Glass that aired from 4/7/2026 to 20/9/2026. Elsa, the daughter of a fallen aristocratic family, receives a marriage proposal from Julius, a highly elite nobleman. She wonders why such a distinguished man would choose her.
OtaHub's take
After the wedding, the once kind and gentle Julius changes completely and tells her in a cold voice that he has no intention of loving her. The long original title suggests a story about a duke who says this and then dotes on her anyway. The synopsis is credited to MangaPlaza.
Verdict
It suits viewers who like fantasy romance built on arranged marriage, where a cold declaration opens a very different relationship. All 12 episodes have aired, so it can be watched in one run. If you enjoy the cold husband who gradually reveals his feelings, it is worth trying.
