Overview

Hiroyuki Hashimoto returns to the director's chair after the first anime of the franchise, Takao Yoshioka handles series composition, Masako Itou designs the characters and Satoki Iida is the sound director. Maruino created the original character design. The work follows Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku, so the first anime is where to begin to understand the setting.
Verdict
It is for viewers who like mahou shoujo with a thriller edge and who know the Magical Girl Raising Project franchise. Newcomers should watch the first anime first to get used to the tone of the series.
