OtaHub's take
From there, the impossible events that everyone once dreamed of keep happening one after another, tied to the #Yumemiru hashtag on social media. The film is directed by Souichi Masui, written by Masahiro Yokotani, with character design by Satomi Tamura and music by fox capture plan. It follows Seishun Buta Yarou wa Santa Claus no Yume wo Minai and mixes psychological, romance, and supernatural themes.
Verdict
It is for viewers who have seen the earlier parts of the Seishun Buta Yarou series, since it continues straight from the Santa Claus film and reuses many characters. Newcomers should start from the first installment of the series before watching the film.
