Overview
Tougen Anki: Nikko Kegon Falls Arc continues Tougen Anki, adapted from the manga and produced by Studio Hibari as a TV anime. After the battles in Kyoto and Nerima, the Rasetsu Academy students have grown stronger, but Yaoroshi leaves the school to join the Oni Brigade in its plan to wipe out the Momotaro line entirely. The schedule lists the premiere as 2/10/2026.

When Shiki realizes the group also targets noncombatants, he decides to go after Yaoroshi and bring him back. Meanwhile, atop the old Kegon Falls in Nikko sits a research facility running horrific experiments. Yukie Sugawara writes the scripts, Kouta Yamamoto composes the music and Satoki Iida is the sound director. The original Tougen Anki is the season to watch first.
Verdict
It suits viewers who enjoy supernatural action with a mystery edge and do not mind a story that runs on from earlier arcs. Because this is a later season of Tougen Anki, newcomers should begin with the previous season to understand the factions and characters.
