OtaHub's take

Director Seiya Miyajima also shares character design duties with Yoyoyo, and series composition is by Gigaemon Ichikawa. This is the follow-up to Umayuru: Pretty Gray and belongs to the Uma Musume: Pretty Derby family, so viewers already familiar with the characters will recognize them at once. It is comedy and slice of life, with a light mood rather than tense racing drama.

Verdict

It suits Uma Musume fans who want a short, relaxed snack between longer series, and anyone who enjoys a few minutes of animation per episode. Newcomers should know a little about the franchise beforehand to catch the jokes.
