Code not working? How to fix it
- Below Adventure Rank 10: play more of the main story and try again.
- Wrong server on the website: rewards only go to the server you select.
- Grouped codes: codes sharing the same first four characters (like the PLDX group) can only be redeemed once per account.
- Expired or limit reached: livestream and some event codes are short-lived.
- Capitalization: copy codes instead of typing them.

- Hero’s Wit: fast character leveling.
- Adventurer’s Experience and Enhancement Ores: character and weapon upgrades.
How not to miss new codes
- Watch the Special Program: each new version, HoYoverse shares three codes during the preview livestream, about 100 Primogems each, but they only last about a day.
- Redeem right away: event and collaboration codes usually expire within weeks.
- Bookmark this page: OtaHub updates the list every week.
What is Genshin Impact?
Genshin Impact is HoYoverse’s open-world RPG, launched on September 28, 2020 and just six years old. Version 7.1 continues the story in Snezhnaya, Teyvat’s seventh nation. See why the game is still topping gacha revenue in September 2026.
OtaHub’s take
About 290–300 Primogems from codes is not a huge haul, but it is almost two wishes, and for free-to-play players every wish counts. The real prize is livestream codes: about 300 Primogems per version, but alive for only about a day. If you remember one tip, keep an eye on the Version 7.2 Special Program.
