Duel Masters LOST: Danzai no Shounen

Overview

Duel Masters LOST: Danzai no Shounen is the sequel to Duel Masters LOST: Boukyaku no Taiyou, a branch of the Duel Masters franchise that leans toward adventure with supernatural elements. It is based on a manga by Shigenobu Matsumoto, produced by J.C. Staff, and released as a four-episode ONA starting on 9/10/2026.

OtaHub's take

The director is Toshinori Fukushima, series composition is handled by Youichi Katou, and the original character designs by You Kanebayashi are adapted for animation by Chikara Hashizume. Because this is a later entry, the story builds on what the previous part set up, so the setting and relationships are not explained again from scratch. The four-episode length also keeps the pacing fairly tight.

Verdict

It suits viewers who have already followed Duel Masters LOST: Boukyaku no Taiyou and want to continue the storyline. If you have not seen the previous part, start there before moving on to this one.
