OtaHub's take

Hiraku Machio uses the Almighty Farming Tool to turn his village into a livelier community as new residents from across the region find refuge there. He gradually takes on a larger role, as both village chief and father. It is slice-of-life fantasy, with Ryouichi Kuraya serving as director, series composer and scriptwriter.

Verdict

It suits viewers who like gentle, low-stress isekai centred on tending the land and family. This is a sequel, so watch the first season of Isekai Nonbiri Nouka first.
