OtaHub's take
Saichi Sugimoto, Asirpa and Yoshitake Shiraishi, joined by Fusatarou Oosawa and Vasily Pavlichenko, temporarily ally with Toshizou Hijikata, since his faction's motives are less disturbing than those of First Lieutenant Tokushirou Tsurumi. The show mixes action, adventure and comedy. Noboru Takagi handles series composition. The direct prequel is Golden Kamuy 4th Season, and a follow-up titled Bousou Ressha-hen is listed.
Verdict
This is the closing stretch, so it is only for viewers who have seen the earlier seasons of Golden Kamuy. If you are new, start from season 1 and go through all four seasons.
