OtaHub's take

Suddenly a mysterious talking black cat that can use magic appears. Spica wants to learn magic and the cat wants his curse broken, so a secret master-apprentice relationship is born, though the key to breaking the curse is a kiss. The genres are action, comedy and fantasy. Naoyuki Tatsuwa directs and Midori Gotou handles series composition.

Verdict

It suits viewers who like magic-academy fantasy with a comedic tone and charmingly clumsy moments. This is the opening part, with no related entries on record, so you can watch right away.
