Overview
Maou no Musume wa Yasashisugiru!! is a 12-episode TV anime from EMT Squared that aired from 6/1/2026 to 17/3/2026. Demon King Ahriman, once feared as ruler of all demons, seeks to conquer the world until he is stopped by an unexpected force: his daughter, Dou. She is too kind for chaos and too gentle for war, to the point of melting the hearts of demons, humans and even angels.
OtaHub's take
Ahriman's aide Jahi vows to train Dou into a proper demon to restore demon pride, and the series asks whether Jahi can stand up to her compassion. Tags are slice of life, comedy and fantasy.
Verdict
It suits viewers who like warm comedy, where a role reversal wins over even the villains. All 12 episodes have aired, so it can be watched in one run. If you want a light anime about a demon family and a daughter who is far too nice, it is an easy watch.
