OtaHub's take

Akina and his friends, having strayed into the Fantasma, find their path blocked by Fantôme Fighters. The only ones who can stand against them are the special Mythisch Fighters chosen by the cards. Fantôme Fighter is the collective name for those who confront reality and fight to protect the fabricated, while Mythisch Fighter is the name for those who withstand the Fantôme and fight to protect the real.

Verdict

This continues the Divinez storyline, so you need the earlier parts, Deluxe Kesshou-hen and Genma Kakusei-hen. It suits viewers already following Cardfight!! Vanguard, and the data lists Divinez Unmei Seisen-hen as the next part.
