OtaHub's take
Taku Yamada directs, Takahito Oonishi handles series composition and CLAMP did the original character design. This is the sequel to Cardfight!! Vanguard: Divinez - Genma Seisen-hen, so anyone who has not seen that part should start there to follow the story.
Verdict
It is for Vanguard fans who followed Divinez - Genma Seisen-hen and want the next part. Newcomers should watch the previous part or the series' foundation entries to get the background. With only 3 TV episodes, it is a short commitment.
