OtaHub's take

At the same time, the enigmatic Whyman still casts its shadow over Earth from the Moon. The series mixes action, adventure, comedy and science fiction, with Shuuhei Matsushita directing and Kurasumi Sunayama on series composition. The data lists Dr. STONE: SCIENCE FUTURE Part 2 as the previous part.

Verdict

It suits viewers who like science told in an adventurous, humorous voice, but as this is a late chapter of a long run you need Part 2 and the earlier seasons to follow the context.
