Overview
EA SPORTS FC 27 is an annual football game developed by EA Canada and EA Romania and published by Electronic Arts. According to EA's announcement, it launched worldwide on 25 September 2026 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 (the Steam page lists 24 September in UTC). EA cites more than 21,000 players, more than 800 clubs and national teams, 140 stadiums and more than 35 leagues.

The familiar modes return: Ultimate Team, Career and Clubs. Gameplay is tuned to feel smoother and more true to life, with dynamic corners, better attacking awareness and player-focused defending. Career rebuilds the transfer market with clubs actively bidding, OVR ratings that shift with form, morale and fitness, and new negotiation clauses. Ultimate Team adds the FUT Gallery. The Grounds is a new social mode with Kickabouts, 1v1s and Clubs, available only on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Switch 2.
Anyone unsure can download FC 27 Lite for free, which includes Kick-Off, Learn to Play, Online Friendlies and Online Seasons; Ultimate Team, Career and The Grounds are not part of it, and progress carries over when you upgrade to the full game. On Steam Vietnam (checked 19 October 2026) the standard edition costs 1,299,000 VND and the Ultimate Edition 1,799,000 VND. Minimum PC specs call for a GTX 1050 Ti or RX 570, 8 GB of RAM and 100 GB of storage.
Verdict
FC 27 suits annual football players who want the new Career transfer market or want to try The Grounds. Anyone undecided should play the Lite version first to see whether the gameplay clicks. PC players need an EA account and an internet connection, and should check the supported languages on the Steam page before buying.
