Overview
I Lost My Adventurer's License but It's Fine Because I Have an Adorable Daughter Now is a light novel by Manimani Onota, illustrated by Fuzichoco and published under SB Creative's GA Novel label. Douglas was once legendary as the strongest mage, but as he aged and his body weakened he had his adventurer's license revoked. While wandering, he meets Rabi, a cursed girl with no family, and decides to travel with her.

The anime is made by Studio Palette, directed by Yūki Inaba, who also handles series composition and scripts, with character designs by Kaori Yoshikawa. Hiroki Yasumoto voices Douglas and Yūka Iguchi voices Rabi. The teaser PV was posted on October 15, 2026. The official site gives only January 2027 as the airing month, and the date, time, broadcaster and streaming platform have not been announced.
