Focus Entertainment and Asobo Studio officially confirmed Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, the prequel to the award-winning action-adventure game series A Plague Tale, will be released on 27/8/2026, present at the same time on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. 15 years ago Innocence, a completely new perspective
Resonance offers a new perspective on the world A Plague Tale takes place in 15 years ago events in Innocence and Requiem. Players take on the role Sophia, a young and resilient female pirate, sets out for the distant shore that has always "called" her name since childhood, Minotaur Island. Unfortunately, the companions she tried to escape never went away. As she gradually discovers the connection between her family and the island, Sophia can rely on her companion Leni to face dangerous enemies and deadly challenges.
