Flamecraft, a dragon-town simulation adapted from the board game of the same name, has officially confirmed versions for PS5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch, alongside opening a free playable demo on all platforms starting July 28, 2026 at 8 AM PDT.

The game is developed by Monster Couch, the studio behind the acclaimed board game adaptation Wingspan. Flamecraft keeps the spirit of its tabletop origins, where players build and manage a town visited by adorable dragons, blending worker-placement mechanics with decoration and collection elements.
Before the console versions, Flamecraft’s digital adaptation launched on PC and found a following among fans of cozy, board-game-inspired titles. Adding PS5, Xbox Series, and Switch alongside a demo shows the publisher’s confidence in the game’s appeal to console players.
The studio has not yet announced an exact release date for the full console versions, only confirming a launch sometime in 2026. You can find more on our latest news and Gaming pages.
