Overview

Norse Saga is a high-fantasy MMORPG inspired by Norse mythology, developed by Ujoy Games. PlayPark, the publishing platform of Asphere Innovations, is bringing it to six Southeast Asian markets: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines, expected in late 2026. It is the game's first release in the region.

OtaHub's take

The game has a dual-class system (a main class and a subclass, switchable during combat), collectible and trainable Star Spirit companions, a homestead system for base building and life-sim play, plus cross-server PvP, a ranked arena and world bosses. The first closed beta ran 24-28 June 2026 on Android, iOS through TestFlight and PC emulators. CBT2 ran 4-11 August 2026, with rebalanced content pacing and upgraded graphics.

An official release date and the exact monetization model have not been announced. Still, both betas included top-up rebate events, so paid elements are likely in the final game.

Verdict

Norse Saga suits fans of mobile MMORPGs with companion collecting. Wait for the launch date and see how the game handles spending before diving in, since both betas ran top-up programs.
