Kei Urana announced the return on X on October 15, following an earlier Weekly Shonen Magazine notice that the publication break was continuing without a confirmed end date.
A return date after the publication break
On September 8, Weekly Shonen Magazine’s official account said Gachiakuta remained on hiatus and that a return date would be announced once decided. Urana’s new image now supplies a date for the next chapter.
November 11 falls on a Wednesday, matching the new-chapter update day listed for the series on Magazine Pocket. It is the Japanese publication date rather than confirmation of a simultaneous release for every translation.

Where can readers find the new chapter?
Kodansha publishes Gachiakuta in Weekly Shonen Magazine and maintains an official series page on Magazine Pocket. Readers following the Japanese edition can check that page for chapter listings and access options.
Magazine Pocket lists new chapters on Wednesdays and free-chapter updates on Thursdays. A new chapter’s publication date therefore does not automatically mean free access that day. Readers following a translation should check the schedule of its own publisher.
What is Gachiakuta about?
Kei Urana’s manga, featuring graffiti design by Hideyoshi Andou, follows Rudo, an orphan living with his guardian Regto in a slum. People beyond its boundary look down on the residents because of their background.
Despite his unusual physical strength, Rudo cannot escape a wrongful accusation. He is thrown into an abyss feared even by the slum’s inhabitants, taking the story from a life of discrimination into his journey through a discarded world.
