How will the livestream work?

According to a post on the development team's official Bilibili channel, the livestream is introduced as the first-round stress test of the new Danger Zone Foray gameplay and starts at 19:00 on October 17, 2026. Producers 羽中 (Yǔzhōng) and 四喜 (Sìxǐ) will play the mode live on real hardware and share the latest details on how it plays. The announcement gives no time zone. Because this is the China version, 19:00 is most likely Beijing time, which is 18:00 in Vietnam. The stream runs on official live rooms such as Bilibili.

What is Danger Zone Foray?

The Chinese name of the mode is 危区探遗. The team calls it an all-new gameplay mode and lists it as coming soon in the Silent Synapses (静默突触) event update. The middle part (转篇) of the update opened after maintenance on October 13, and the final part (终篇) opens after 05:00 on October 20, with no time zone given. The mode has its own pass (通行证, similar to a battle pass), and unlocking it grants a new weapon skin and a skin made for the mode.

The stream title uses the phrase 搜打撤, meaning "search, fight, retreat". Chinese game communities commonly use it for the extraction shooter genre, where players enter an area, find items, fight and then find a way out safely to keep their loot. The team has not described the gameplay, player count, rewards or how to join the test, so only after the stream will it be clear whether the mode goes in that direction.

Can players in Vietnam play it?

The announcement belongs to the China version, 少女前线2:追放, and does not mention the international version or Girls' Frontline 2: Lưu Đày, the version THS Game has published in Vietnam since August 27. If you play Lưu Đày, the stream is still the earliest way to see how the mode plays, but there is no date for Vietnam.
