Yen Press announced at its panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2026 on July 24, 2026 that it has licensed one light novel and nine manga titles for English release.
The lineup includes the yuri light novel Watching the Angel Sleep, Drowning in Bed Together (story by Tetsuto Uesu, illustrations by Minori Chigusa), along with the manga titles Sharkmaid of the Shore (Teruya), The Deskmate Cat and the Love Novice (Akinoko), The Villainesses Are Unwavering (drawn by Nina Akabane, based on the original story by Yatsuki Wakatsu), Disenchantment Camera (Tomato Tri), Don't Talk to Me (Zoukoujo), Mane Mane Nichi Nichi: Baseball Manager Everyday (Soichiro Yamamoto), the complete omnibus of #ImLookingForZombies (Katsuwo), My First Love With You Again (Haru Yuki), and Champignon Witch (Tachibana Higuchi).
Champignon Witch is the biggest name on the list, since the manga already has a nine-episode anime adaptation produced by Typhoon Graphics and Qzil.la, which premiered on January 9, 2026 on TBS, BS11 and AT-X and is currently streaming on Crunchyroll. The story follows Luna, a black witch who lives alone in a forest full of poisonous mushrooms, shunned by nearby villagers who believe she brings illness and death, even though she secretly helps others from afar. The manga began serialization on Hakusensha's Manga Park website in October 2019 and currently spans seven tankobon volumes.
Yen Press has not yet announced release dates, formats or pricing for the newly licensed titles. You can find more on our latest news and Manga pages.
