What it means to the Ghost of Yōtei community
Releasing a complete edition on the one-year anniversary, instead of just selling DLC separately, shows that Sucker Punch wants to both honor old players with free content and create an attractive entry point for new players to consider experiencing the entire series. With Ghost of Yōtei having established itself as a worthy successor to Ghost of Tsushima, adding a completely new roguelike mode like Most Wanted is also an interesting test for the studio's gameplay formula beyond the familiar linear main storyline.
