Rockstar is turning real-life Miami into Vice City. The Miami Heat announced a “GTA VI Vice City” night on November 18, 2026, hours before GTA 6 launches: players in Vice City uniforms, a themed court, and the arena roof lit with “Welcome to Vice City VI.” The same week, GTA 6 received an ESRB M rating, exactly as everyone expected.

The Miami Heat become Vice City’s home team
GTA 6’s Vice City is inspired by Miami, so this partnership feels almost inevitable. According to the official event page, the Heat will wear GTA VI Vice City themed uniforms against the Milwaukee Bucks, and those uniforms will later be sold as well. The court will get its own themed design, and promotional images show the Kaseya Center roof lit with “Welcome to Vice City VI.”
The official storefront already sells around a dozen Vice City items: T-shirts from $45 to $55, a $100 hoodie, a $110 crewneck and caps around $50. The first item to sell out was a tee carrying the classic tourist joke, “Went to Vice City and all I got was this lousy t-shirt.”
GTA 6 is rated M: no surprise
GTA 6’s ESRB rating appeared on the game’s PlayStation Store listing: M (Mature 17+), with the descriptors the series is known for, namely blood and gore, intense violence, mature humor, nudity, strong language, strong sexual content, and use of drugs and alcohol. The listing also notes in-game purchases.
The descriptors almost exactly match GTA 5’s. The only difference is that GTA 5 also carried “Users Interact” because it shipped with GTA Online. That label has not appeared for GTA 6, and the official ESRB site has not yet posted a detailed rating summary.
How long until GTA 6?

The M rating is no news. What is worth noting is the “in-game purchases” line: it confirms GTA 6 will include paid content, even though Rockstar has not said what that will be.
